This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies with regards to cancellation, refund.

Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation of Online Workshops:

Cancellation before the date of workshop: Momly allows cancellation of your spot in the Online workshops upto 2 days prior to the workshop. No cancellation will be accepted post the above time period mentioned.
In case you miss the workshop, due to any personal reason, we provide a recorded session that you can watch at your own convenience.
For canceling your spot in the Workshop: Please reach out to Hello@themomly.com or themomly@gmail.com via email or on whatsapp to +91 8545 822296 with your name, phone number and workshop booked. Our team will help you with the cancellation process.

2. Cancellation of Offline events/ meetups ( momly social):

Momly does not allow cancellation of your spot in the offline workshops/events. As it takes a lot of effort to curate these workshops for you. You can transfer the spot to a relevant person if needed. Please reach out to Hello@themomly.com or themomly@gmail.com via email or on whatsapp to +91 8545 822296 with your name, phone number and event details to transfer your spot. Our team will help you with the transfer process.

Return & Refund Policy

Momly allows easy refund of eligible services ( online workshops). Return window is 30 days so once the request for cancellation is sent, you can expect a refund within 30 days of receiving the orders. It may take up to 10-14 business days for the credit to reflect in Your account. The actual time taken for refund or credit of the payment into your account depends on the mode by which the payment was made and the procedures adopted by various financial services providers.
